Rice porridge with seven herbs
It's the beginning of the year and it's time to give our stomachs a rest.
It's a good time to rest your stomach.
In the supermarkets, you can find various combinations of seven herbs porridge set in a pack. What surprised me was the powdered shichigusa porridge set, which seems to be added to the retort porridge on the side.
There was also shichiso furikake for ochazuke.
It seems that people are getting more and more creative.
Did you have your first dream?
I had it on the night of the 4th, or rather in the morning of the 5th.
For some reason, I was sitting at the counter of a bar with a woman friend of mine, and a famous man was sitting next to me...and another man I didn't know. 😲
