Local gourmet from Aomori
Speaking of the Tohoku Shinkansen, my only experience with it was a round-trip ride when I went to Hachinohe City in Aomori Prefecture for work.
I decorated it with Hachinohe's famous "Yawata-uma" horse and dancing squid.
(The squid is a towel handkerchief that I received as a souvenir, and I still use it.)
