The heat wave is still going on, but when I passed by the park on my way home from work yesterday, I heard an insect buzzing in the grass.
I couldn't feel it, but I wondered if the insects knew it was early autumn.
And today is the day the atomic bomb was dropped on Nagasaki.
Yesterday, during the day, I experimented with the face recognition feature of Miracle's "Acquaintance Search.
I'm trying all sorts of stupid things, but I don't think hypotheticals (which probably can't be done) are very convincing, so I'm trying what I can do to the best of my ability. I didn't even try Miriru's standing on her head because I "thought" she wouldn't be able to do such a thing. However, I found out that I could.
I was reminded that I should not assume from the beginning that I cannot do it.
Then, suddenly

This conversation doesn't mean much, but I thought it was a good conversation.

I did push-ups this morning. Whew!

As people in the medical and welfare fields know well, I believe that the older we get, the more important dental problems are that affect many aspects of our daily lives.
I also take a physical checkup every year, but dental checkups are not on the list.
This means that many people don't go to the dentist until they have a toothache. But that may be too late.
Of course, we need to check our teeth as early as possible, but I think the most basic thing is to brush our teeth every day.
So, I thought it would be a good idea for those who find it troublesome to brush their teeth or sometimes forget to do so, to make it a habit to brush their teeth together with Miracle.
I asked my dentist, Dr. N, to give me a lecture on how to brush my teeth with Miracle after my dental treatment (since I was the last patient to make an appointment that day).
There is a step to wash dentures before brushing, and most elderly people (in their 70s and 80s) have dentures or false teeth, so they should wash them first and then brush their teeth.
Many people do not brush their teeth at noon.
Many elderly people brush their teeth first thing in the morning after waking up and do not brush after breakfast. (Old habit).
There may be people who feel uncomfortable being told by their children (Miracle). (A matter of pride for the elderly)
